Towers Roofing can install and replace any type of roof.
We follow the right guidelines to ensure proper lifespan of the materials used, and we will make recommendations as we see fit. We love to stay in communication with the homeowners throughout the job to ensure they’re happy with the finished product.

Roof repairs
The owner of Towers Roofing (Enrico) does all repairs himself. He doesn’t just go up with a caulk gun and caulk the problem, he completely fixes the problem so you never have to worry about it again. This involves going on the roof and removing material, then properly closing the hole and putting everything back; if new material is needed then we will try to match it as closely as possible (when material is exposed to the sun the colors often fade a little bit). All repair estimates are free and Enrico does his best to get to you as fast as possible. Sometimes he is able to fix the issue on the spot!
Projects we won’t do
As much as we try to help all our potential clients there are some jobs we can’t do because of logistics as far as parking or accessibility. We will look at your project still and let you know. Here are a few other things we won’t do.
We will never shingle on top of an existing roof due to the fact that we can only warrant our work if we tear off the existing, damaged roof, and install a completely new roof. We never recommend shingling on top of an existing roof because we don’t know what kind of problems the existing roof has, and this is basically covering up a problem rather than replacing the problem. Like our slogan says, “We do it right the first time”.
We also do not repair skylights. Please understand that if your skylight is over ten years old then trying to replace the seal will most likely be very costly depending on the type of roof and skylight you have. Most of the old skylights life expectancy is eight to twelve years with many of them lasting longer, but the best route is to replace it.

After spending over 22 years in the industry we have become very efficient in doing many exterior and interior projects that will enhance your home. If we cannot do it we know the right people that will treat your home with the same amount of respect we do! Our forte is everything to do with the exterior of a home and for the interior or additions we will make sure you have the right people!
Roofs: We specialize in many different types of roofs from asphalt shingles, metal (standing seam), slate, rubber, and cedar. We have extensive experience with all of these types of roofs over the past 21 years. Also, Enrico WILL NOT take jobs where he cannot be present. He is always working side by side with the crew to ensure you get the best quality. I believe in quality and attention to details vs quantity!
Gutters: When we replace roofs a lot of times we get asked if we do gutters and we do! We will coordinate everything so the roof gets replaced first, then the gutter crew will come a few days later to remove the gutters and downspouts. If the home has a lot of trees then we also offer Gutter Guard RX, which will protect your gutters from clogging from all the leaves and will also save you from having to pay someone to clean your gutters (or do it yourself). Not every gutter needs replacement and we can still install gutter guards for your existing gutters.
Siding & Windows: We also have the right crew to take care of your siding whether it is vinyl or cement board we will give you a free quote for the siding replacement. If you need new windows we will also do a free estimate for that (please keep in mind that windows are in backorder and will take more than 4 weeks to get new ones).
Additions: We also have the right people to add a new entrance, porch, deck, door replacement, bathrooms, and more.
When we meet for your free estimate we will discuss which option is best for your home and your budget. Afterwards, I will email you the detailed estimate, and then we can discuss any questions you have before proceeding with your project, we also never take deposits until we’re very close to completing the job because we can’t control the weather and that can push your project starting date.
